All-Day Personal Cooling for Extreme Heat

ChillVest is a wearable personal cooling system that holds cold gel cells against the body and releases the cold steadily over hours — keeping a worker's core temperature in the safe range even at 38°C / 100°F+. When a ColdBank insert warms up, a fresh one swaps in within seconds, so cooling continues all day with no freezer trips mid-shift, no soaked clothing, and no downtime. It fits naturally into existing workwear and safety protocols.

How It Works & Key Specifications

How It Works

1

Pre-Cool

Place ColdBank cells in a standard freezer or ice cooler for 1–2 hours before the shift.

2

Wear

Put on the vest. Gel cells sit against the body, separated by a thin comfort fabric layer.

3

Sustained Cooling

Body heat conducts into the cold gel, which absorbs it evenly — no cold spike, steady release over hours.

4

Swap, Don't Stop

When a ColdBank warms up, swap in a fresh one in seconds — all-day cooling with no mid-shift freezer trips.

5

Fluid Circulation

USB-powered DC 5V motor circulates coolant fluid through the vest, ensuring even temperature distribution across all cooling zones.
